Battered Women's Crisis Line
Provides telephone-based crisis support and victim services to women dealing with violence and or the effects of abuse, childhood sexual abuse, and adult sexual assault.
Callers receive emotional support, coping strategies, safety planning, community resource information, and referrals to transition houses, medical services, and lawyers. Specialized support for immigrant and aboriginal women is also available.
EASE at Home
EASE (Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators) at Home offers helpful tips for parents, like how to teach children calming breathing techniques.
Trans Lifeline Hotline
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a free peer support phone service run by trans people for trans and questioning peers. Call if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in a crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.
Two-Spirit Information and Support
Provides online information and resources to support the emotional and spiritual needs of Aboriginal and non-aboriginal two-spirit individuals, their family and friends. Healing circles, sweat lodge ceremonies, community events and smudging circles are also available on a regular basis and by request.
Peer Mentorship Program
Provides support and resources to individuals who are leaving correctional facilities in BC through a peer-to-peer approach. Mentors connect with individuals before their release, and provide peer support during the transition from prison back into the community.
QuitNow Program
Offers a free program for residents of BC looking to quit or reduce tobacco and e-cigarette use. The program is customized for each person and helps with quitting or reducing nicotine use, and to understand what happens when you make this change.

Provides a directory of black, Indigenous and people of colour (BIPOC) therapists in BC committed to supporting and understanding the lived experiences of BIPOC in all intersections.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Skills Groups
Offers a variety of virtual and in-person mental health skills training groups for adults and their caregivers with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, insomnia, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The groups teach practical tools to recognize, understand and manage patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving for daily life to better manage stress and symptoms.
Groups are facilitated by trained physicians who uses strategies based on cognitive behavioural therapy such as mindfulness, emotion regulation and acceptance and commitment therapy.
