EASE at Home
About
Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE) at Home offers parents and caregivers of school age children and youth strategies and activities they can use with or share with their child to help manage worries and everyday anxiety at home.
EASE at Home resources are based on the EASE collection, evidence-informed anxiety prevention and resilience-building resources for students in grades K-12. They have been adapted for use by parents and caregivers and use evidence-informed, cognitive behavioural strategies to address the thoughts, feelings and behaviours associated with anxiety.
EASE at Home is available in English, Arabic (اَلْفُصْحَىٰ ), Chinese (Simplified 汉语, Traditional 漢語), Filipino, French, Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ), Spanish, and Ukrainian (украї́нська).
It was developed by the Ministry of Children and Family Development’s Child and Youth Mental Health Policy team.
