Kootenay Boundary Regional Crisis Line
Provides 24-hour telephone help for anyone in crisis. A trained staff member or volunteer is available to listen, provide information, and support in an anonymous and confidential manner.
Program offers: suicide intervention, information about available services, and non-judgmental support during challenging times. Also takes gatekeeper calls regarding elder abuse and neglect.
Outreach Services
Provides free and confidential outreach visits to newcomer, migrant and immigrant women who are engaged in indoor sex work in the Lower Mainland area to distribute safer-sex supplies and information resources. Also connects women to healthcare providers and offers information about immigration, housing, law, employment, safety and health.
Here4Peers
Offers a mental health awareness program to high school students in the Delta school district. The program provides students with effective tools and healthy coping strategies for dealing with stress, and provides accurate information on accessing help for themselves, their peers or loved ones.
Peer Navigator Program
Provides assistance to individuals who are not part of a mental health team and who may be newly diagnosed with a mental health concern. Peer Navigators have lived experience with mental illness, substance use problems and addictions, and understand the social and health services available in Vancouver.
Navigators assist clients with accessing services such as health and wellness, legal aid, housing, income and financial assistance, and community connections. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health.
Community Drivers
Offers transportation to medical appointments by volunteer drivers for individuals who are unable to access public or private transportation to attend non-emergency medical appointments.
Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment
Provides free, confidential counselling for children and youth who have witnessed and or experienced abuse, threats, violence in the home, or other relationship violence. The program offers safety skills and strategies, and supports children to understand they are not at fault for abusive action of others.
Eagle's Nest Transition House
Offers transition housing to women and children in the Lakes District who have experienced violence or at risk of experiencing violence. While staying in the home women receive support and advocacy, crisis intervention, basic necessities, support for children, and information about the criminal justice system.
Outreach and Support
Provides individual support, drop-in support groups, and advocacy to women who have experienced abuse in relationships.

Counsellors' help children to label and express feelings they have experienced as result of abuse witnessed and or experienced, as well as teach them healthy ways to communicate, problem-solve and cope.
Outreach
Offers parents with limited or no support, the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to build enduring and healthy relationships with their children.
Services include in-home one-to-one support and training, referrals to community resources, and support to families with children reintegrating back into the home.
