Counselling and Support
Provides one-on-one counselling, crisis support, and peer group support for men and their families throughout the province. Appointments are available via phone, Skype, or in-person at the Nanaimo office.
Services include emotional support and counselling, referrals, fathering support, and help with understanding the judicial and family court systems.

Refugee Mental Health Services
Offers mental health support and services to refugees who arrive in BC with psychological trauma as a result of torture, political violence and other forms of persecution on the basis of race, religion, gender identity and or sexual orientation.
Services include group and one-on-one counselling, referrals to health and social services, workshops for health and social service providers, and documentation of evidence of psychological trauma for the refugee claim process.

DUDES Club Society
Offers peer support, community events and activities in communities across BC to help Indigenous men with their spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional health. Participants come together in a safe environment to build solidarity and brotherhood, share a meal, connect and support each other.
Activities include community gatherings, annual retreats, think tanks, outings, and wellness fairs. Participants also have access to an Elder, a health practitioner, and community support services information.

MindFit Toolkit
Offers a free, online resource with tools to help men manage mild to moderate stress and anxiety. Resources are designed for men by psychologists to help them take steps towards better mental health.
The toolkit includes an anxiety self-screening tool, MindFit audio exercises narrated by Canadian professional and elite athletes, online mental health resources, and relaxing soundscapes. Access to counselling sessions are also available.
Healing Hearts Grief Support Groups
Provides an online listing of support groups in BC for families who have lost a loved one to substance use harms and overdose. Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, or just gather strength and comfort from being together with others who understand.
Two-Spirit Information and Support
Provides online information and resources to support the emotional and spiritual needs of Aboriginal and non-aboriginal two-spirit individuals, their family and friends. Healing circles, sweat lodge ceremonies, community events and smudging circles are also available on a regular basis and by request.
Counselling Services
Provides low-cost individual, couple and family counselling by registered clinical counsellors or Masters level intern-counsellors training to become registered clinical counsellors. Topic areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, work-related concerns, conflict resolution, relationship and parenting concerns. Services available in-person or virtual sessions including telephone and video.

Mental Health Support
Provides free one-on-one counselling for low-income women black, Indigenous, and people of colour including transgender and two-spirit community members. Services are offered virtually and where available, in-person.
Areas of support include racialized trauma, depression, sexuality and or gender issues, adjustment, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress management, and negative thoughts.

Residential Recovery Program
Provides residential recovery programs for women who are single, expectant or with children, with chronic alcohol or drug use needing help with transitioning to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. The programs include counselling, group facilitation, life skills training, parenting program, and aftercare supports. Key workers offer one-on-one support with goal setting, recovery planning, and relapse prevention.
After completing the first stage singles or parenting program, individuals can access the semi-independent program for supports to transition into independent living while pursuing work or school.

Support for families who have a child or family member with a disability.
