Offers a free online support group for adults who experience stress and mild to moderate anxiety. Participants come together to learn healthy coping skills and connect with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.
Substance use Publications and Resources
Provides a wide range of projects, reports, publications and initiatives aimed at providing all people in BC access to happier, healthier lives, whether using substance or not. Website offers a current list of active projects, facts and statistics, research bulletins, publications and resources.
Counselling Services
Provides individual, family and group counselling to families of children with a progressive, life-limiting illness. Services are offered on an outpatient basis and include music and play therapy, spiritual counselling, social work, bereavement counselling and follow-up and support for grief and loss.

Bereaved Parent Support Group
Provides an online listing of support groups available throughout BC for families who have experienced the death of a child at any age, from any cause. Parents and their surviving children are supported through friendship, understanding, and grief education.
Two-Spirit Information and Support
Provides online information and resources to support the emotional and spiritual needs of Aboriginal and non-aboriginal two-spirit individuals, their family and friends. Healing circles, sweat lodge ceremonies, community events and smudging circles are also available on a regular basis and by request.
EASE at Home
EASE (Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators) at Home offers helpful tips for parents, like how to teach children calming breathing techniques.
Trans Lifeline Hotline
Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a free peer support phone service run by trans people for trans and questioning peers. Call if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in a crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans.
MindFit Toolkit
Offers a free, online resource with tools to help men manage mild to moderate stress and anxiety. Resources are designed for men by psychologists to help them take steps towards better mental health.
The toolkit includes an anxiety self-screening tool, MindFit audio exercises narrated by Canadian professional and elite athletes, online mental health resources, and relaxing soundscapes. Access to counselling sessions are also available.
HeadsUpGuys
Provides an online resource to support men in their fight against depression. Offers information on the symptoms, triggers and risk factors of depression, as well as stories of success and where to find professional services. Also provides a self-check depression screening tool. Funding provided by the Movember Foundation and affiliated with the Men's Depression and Suicide Network.
Addiction Recovery Program
Provides a residential, abstinence-based treatment program for men who struggle with the challenges of substance misuse, and desire a new life in recovery. Education centre and recovery homes are located in Vancouver.
Program includes treatment assessments, discussion groups, individual and group counselling, Aboriginal traditional approaches to healing, life skills training, and aftercare planning.
