Children and Youth Outpatient Mental Health Services
Provides assessment, treatment and consultation for children and youth with complex mental health and substance use concerns who live in BC and the Yukon. The programs are offered at specialized outpatient clinics based on the treatment that is recommended.
Consultation is offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns including mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), neurodevelopmental conditions, concurrent disorders, self-injury behaviour, gender dysphoria, and early childhood mental health problems.

Community Transition Teams
Provides care coordination and transitional support to individuals with substance use disorder and complex mental health needs who are leaving the 10 provincial correctional facilities in BC.
Service includes short-term access to primary care, psychiatric treatment, relapse management, counselling, opioid agonist therapy, and information and referral to mental health and substance use services in the community for up to 90 days.
Safe Needle Disposal
Provides needle disposal information, resources and awareness for the Interior Health region. Sealed containers can be dropped off at all Interior Health mental health and substance use locations, primary care and public health offices.
Concurrent Disorders Program for Youth
Provides assessments, case planning, counselling, referrals and information to youth in the Fraser Health region who are experiencing both substance use and mental health issues.
Car 22
Provides emergency response to crisis calls related to mental health situations or crisis concerns in partnership with the North Vancouver RCMP and Vancouver Coastal Health.
An RCMP member and a clinical nurse specializing in mental health, work together to help de-escalate situations, provide crisis intervention and connect people to community services and supports.

Mental Health Intake Line - North Shore
Provides a single point of entry for mental health and substance use health care and support services for the North Shore region of Vancouver Coastal Health. Services may be provided in hospitals, the community or in your own home.
Mental Health Intake Line - Sea to Sky
Provides a single point of entry for mental health and substance use health care and support services for the Sea-to-Sky area of Vancouver Coastal Health including Pemberton, Squamish and Whistler. Services may be provided in hospitals, the community or in your own home.
Mental Health Intake Line - Central and Sunshine Coast
Provides a single point of entry for mental health and substance use health care and support services for the Sunshine Coast and Powell River areas of Vancouver Coastal Health. Services may be provided in hospitals, the community or in your own home.
Integrated Mobile Crisis Response Team
Provides rapid, mobile, community-based response to children, youth and families who are experiencing immediate concerns related to mental health and substance use issues. The team includes professionals with backgrounds in nursing, law enforcement, child and youth care, social work, and psychology.
Areas of concern include acute depression, dementia, psychosis, mania, suicide risk, acute distress, post traumatic stress, severe anxiety, and aggression or behavioural problems with children.
Access Central - Interior Health
Provides same-day clinical assessment by an addiction doctor or nurse over the phone and connects people to substance use services in their geographic location. Options include virtual, bed-based, at home, or in the community services.
Staff can also help clients access Opioid Agonist Therapy and anti-craving medications for alcohol.
