Provides community-based and culturally appropriate mental health and substance use services for Indigenous people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Victoria. Services include community outreach, women's healing circles, sexual assault support, and counselling and addiction treatment referrals.

Offers peer-to-peer support to adults recovering from an on-going mental illness and in the initial stages of recovery. Services are provided in the community and at Richmond General Hospital.

Peer support workers have personal experience with mental illness and are able to offer support and encouragement, and help with reaching personal goals, more independence and confidence.

Provides low-cost transportation for individuals in Nakusp area who must travel for non-emergency medical care in Vernon and Kelowna. Service may be provided to individuals without medical appointments based on seat availability. Advance reservations are required.

Offers mobile outreach to help people on the streets of Dawson Creek. Outreach workers provide crisis support, wound care, food, clothing, naloxone training, harm reduction supplies, and referrals to substance use treatments and other community-based services.

Provides counselling for students and families experiencing stress at home (such as addictions, grief, mental health), that affect the student's ability to manage at school. Families are referred by the school and services are offered in the school and family home.

Provides in-home family support services and counselling to high need, high-risk families whose children may be at risk of being placed in the care of the Ministry of Children and Families Development.

Arranges transportation for seniors to medical appointments outside of the Abbotsford area, within the lower Fraser Valley and Vancouver.

Provides 24-hour telephone help for anyone in crisis. A trained staff member or volunteer is available to listen, provide information, and support in an anonymous and confidential manner.

Program offers: suicide intervention, information about available services, and non-judgmental support during challenging times.

Offers outreach services to help homeless individuals with accessing housing, a stable source of income, and other support services such as primary and mental health care. Workers also address immediate physical and safety needs such as food, warm clothing, and a place to stay. Services include life skills training, crisis intervention, and referrals to other programs and services as needed.
