Counselling
Provides individual, family and group counselling, circles and crisis support to Residential School Survivors, their families, and those dealing with intergenerational traumas.
The counselling team supports emotional, mental, and spiritual development, along with healing and recovery, through culturally-based values and guiding principles.

24-Hour Crisis Line - Indigenous
Offers residential school survivors, students and intergenerational survivors, their family members, and the community at large a 24-hour crisis line for immediate emotional support, information, and referrals. Referrals include access to crisis counselling, elder support, cultural workshop, grief and loss support, and help with filing missing persons reports.
Training and Workshops
Offers workshops for families and caregivers whose child or youth has been a patient in a psychiatric unit and is struggling with their mental health. Workshops are hosted online and facilitated by parents with lived experience.
Training workshops and monthly events are also available for parents, caregivers and young adults. Participants share their perspectives and learn from each other to better understand. Online resources and videos available to everyone are also available.
Parent Peer Support
Provides emotional support, information, resources and help in navigating services for parents and caregivers of a child, youth or young adult with a mental health and or substance use challenge. Peer support is provided by parents of children with mental health and or substance use challenges. They share their experiences, ways to cope and provide parents with the supports they need.
Mental Health Support
Provides free one-on-one counselling for low-income women black, Indigenous, and people of colour including transgender and two-spirit community members. Services are offered virtually and where available, in-person.
Areas of support include racialized trauma, depression, sexuality and or gender issues, adjustment, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress management, and negative thoughts.

Residential Recovery Program
Provides residential recovery programs for women who are single, expectant or with children, with chronic alcohol or drug use needing help with transitioning to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. The programs include counselling, group facilitation, life skills training, parenting program, and aftercare supports. Key workers offer one-on-one support with goal setting, recovery planning, and relapse prevention.
After completing the first stage singles or parenting program, individuals can access the semi-independent program for supports to transition into independent living while pursuing work or school.

Eating Disorders Helpline
Offers telephone support to individuals wanting information about eating disorders, food and weight preoccupation, and or disordered eating. Trained support workers provide support, information, and referrals to professionals across Canada.
Peer Support
Offers one-on-one and group peer support for individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) from someone who understands and has lived experience with MS. The program is provided by phone, virtual or online.
Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, or just gather strength and comfort from being with others who understand.
MS Knowledge Network
Provides multiple sclerosis (MS) information and support for anyone in BC by phone, email or chat. Online MS information is also available.
Topic areas include symptom management, treatment, living with MS, employment support, financial planning, MS research, and community programs and services.
CancerConnection Program
Provides a peer support program for people with cancer and their caregivers. Trained volunteers, who have experienced cancer, provide support by phone offering hope, encouragement, and coping ideas.
Program also offers an online community where members can share their experiences and build supportive relationships through discussions, groups, and blogs.
