Offers support services to help manage individual's addictions needs in preparation for long-term housing as a sustainable option. The 18-month program ensures that affordable housing and support services are available to individuals in recovery once they have completed detox and support recovery programs. Provides information and online resources for adults who would like to explore the option of assisted dying. Topics include eligibility, options for end-of-life care, and steps to receive medical assistance in dying.

Provides 24-hour telephone help for youth and individuals with developmental disabilities in crisis. A trained staff member or volunteer is available to listen, provide information and support, in an anonymous and confidential manner.

Provides street outreach and harm reduction supplies to members of the community in need. Program offers needle exchange, injection drug and crack cocaine use equipment, condoms and safer-sex items, access to testing and treatment, education, and referrals to other health agencies for drug detox, treatment or counselling.

Provides integrated breast health services throughout the Island Health region in partnership with the BC Cancer Agency, family doctors, specialists, and other community organizations.
