Provides a province-wide support and information service for anyone with questions about dementia, including people with dementia, their caregivers, family and friends, professionals, and the general public.

Trained staff and volunteers provide information on community resources, support groups, and educational workshops including topics such as: understanding Alzheimer's disease, getting a diagnosis, personal planning for the future, providing care and support, and maintaining independence.

Provides education and support programs throughout the province to educate and empower people with dementia, their families and friends.

Education includes information workshops, online webinars, and in-person sessions for people with early symptoms of dementia, and to family members caring for a person with dementia.

Offers group support for women experiencing postpartum distress, depression or anxiety. In-person groups may also be available in the Greater Vancouver area.

Support groups are led by trained facilitators and provide a safe place for women to connect with others in a similar situation and receive valuable information and emotional support.

Offers telephone counselling, postpartum support information and referrals to mothers, their partners, and families. Clients can call for initial intake to see if the services are a fit for them. Follow-up support based on the client's needs is also available.

Provides telephone and email support to families and health professionals across BC on a wide-range of topics relevant to autism services. Topics include diagnosis, autism treatment and diagnostic procedures.

Offers group support for parents, caregivers, guardians and all other adults who contribute to the lives of children living with epilepsy. Participants meet monthly via videoconference to connect with others, share their experiences and provide support.

Offers a facilitated group peer support for individuals with substance use issues working in the construction, trades, forestry and transport industry from staff who understands and has lived experience.

Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, and find support to access recovery and harm reduction services.

Offers families living outside Metro Vancouver an opportunity to connect with sign language teachers, deaf and hard-of-hearing mentors, family support parents, and professionals who specialize in working with children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. Services are provided in partnership with local community service providers.

Telehealth services are available for remote communities. Families are also welcome to visit the Surrey, Vancouver and Victoria centres to participate in available programs and activities.

Offers a residential treatment program to help individuals with their recovery from substance use, including drug and alcohol. The program includes 24-hour staff support, individual treatment plans and assessment, educational workshops, Elder teachings and traditional ceremonies, recovery support groups, nutrition education, life-skills training, and recreational activities.

Provides residential treatment support for adults who have completed a full-recovery treatment program and need help to further strengthen their wellness and recovery.

The program includes cultural and spiritual support, employment counselling, continuing with twelve-step programs, and referrals to community support as needed.
