Pain Support and Wellness Groups
Offers online group peer support for individuals living with persistent pain to meet regularly and build a community of support. Participants share their experiences, pain management and coping strategies, and take part in gentle movements.
Pain Support Line
Offers free information and support by phone, text or email to people wanting to talk about their own pain or that of a family member or friend. Trained volunteers provide a safe space to talk about pain and its impact on life, as well as information on pain and self-management, finding a physician, and community resources such as health care, social services, and income assistance.
Live Plan Be
Provides an online self-management tool to help those living with persistent or chronic pain. Individuals can learn about chronic pain, complete pain self-assessments, keep track of symptoms, develop plans for pain management and quality of life, connect with others who live with pain, and access the latest in pain research and practical, evidence based resources.
Coaching for Health
Offers free telephone and video conferencing coaching to help people living with pain learn self-management skills, regain function, and improve their well-being. Trained volunteer coaches support patients for a 6 - 12 week period with sessions based on client needs and interests.

Re-Mind
RE-MIND aims to improve construction worker’s access to mental health information and services.
1-800-SUICIDE
Provides a confidential, 24-hour toll-free crisis line for people who are feeling suicidal, are concerned for someone who might be suicidal, or for emotional support.
Crisis line workers are able to provide intervention through emergency mental health teams or other emergency services, and may also refer callers to their local crisis centre for additional support and information.
Substance Use Peer Support Groups
Provides an online listing of support groups available in BC for men and women who self-identify with problematic substance use. Face-to-face meetings are held at a variety of spaces in the community and offer participants a place to talk about recovery topics and support each other.
Substance Use Services
Offers a range of programs and services to individuals with substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Local centres provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment for individuals to have space and to regain their health.
Programs include individual and group counselling, withdrawal management, residential services, day treatment, and outpatient recovery programs.
