Seniors' Distress Line
Provides a free and confidential telephone support service for seniors, their caregivers or anyone concerned about a senior. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by highly trained, non-judgemental and caring volunteers.
Those who may benefit from this service include seniors who are feeling alone, facing difficult life situations, wanting help working through a problem, or looking for information on community resources.

Provides a toll-free number connecting callers to a BC crisis line. Offers emotional support, information on appropriate referral options, and a wide range of support relating to mental health concerns.
Gutsy Peer Support
Provides a private online chat space where volunteer mentors who are living with or support dependents with Crohn's and colitis, can provide support to newly diagnosed individuals and or their caregivers. Mentors offer emotional support and advice on everyday living with Crohn's and colitis such as work, school, relationships, travel, stress, and anxiety.
QuitNow Program
Offers a free program for residents of BC looking to quit or reduce tobacco and e-cigarette use. The program is customized for each person and helps with quitting or reducing nicotine use, and to understand what happens when you make this change.

Treatment and Prevention Information
Provides information on arthritis medication, treatment team members, surgery, and complementary and alternative therapies to help make informed decisions about arthritis. Also provides pain management information and resources.
Substance Use Treatment Program
Provides residential addiction treatment in a supported home-like setting to adults and youth in BC who need help with severe substance use. Treatment includes assessment and stabilization, medication therapy, peer support, life-skills development, and harm reduction education. The program is approximately three months long and includes after-care support for up to a year following treatment.

Provides free airline flights to low-income residents who must travel for non-emergency medical care that is not available in their community.

Offers confidential toll-free telephone counselling and text-based support to help young people with challenges and or experiences they are facing. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The program is staffed by trained professional counsellors with a wide variety of backgrounds including social work, psychology, sociology, and child and youth services.

Offers confidential one-to-one real time counselling to help young people with challenges and or experiences they are facing. A counsellor is available through live chat on the web, or on the Always There app.
