Information and Referral Services
Provides telephone and email support to families and health professionals across BC on a wide-range of topics relevant to autism services. Topics include diagnosis, autism treatment and diagnostic procedures.
BC Epilepsy Parents Network
Offers group support for parents, caregivers, guardians and all other adults who contribute to the lives of children living with epilepsy. Participants meet monthly via videoconference to connect with others, share their experiences and provide support.

Hammer Time
Offers a facilitated group peer support for individuals with substance use issues working in the construction, trades, forestry and transport industry from staff who understands and has lived experience.
Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, and find support to access recovery and harm reduction services.
Online Peer Support Chats
Provides a safe, confidential space for individuals who are affected by an eating disorder or disordered eating, to chat online about their experiences and benefit from the empathy and understanding of their peers while avoiding sensitive subjects such as weight, dieting and specific eating disorder behaviours. There are 10 live chats per week and participants can join as many as they like.
Looking Glass Residence
Provides residential treatment in a home-like setting for young men and women with anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating, and other eating disorders. Care and support is provided by a multi-disciplinary team of medical and mental health professionals.
Support includes individual, group and family therapy, meal support and nutrition, and medical and psychiatric treatment. Operates in partnership with the government of BC.

Hand in Hand Peer Support
Offers a peer support program that matches adults and older youth with a trained volunteer who provides compassionate, judgment-free support and listening during eating disorder recovery. Support is provided in-person or over video call.
The program supports individuals wherever they are in their unique recovery journey and, through the consistent and personalized support of a mentor, helps them to discover what they can achieve, as they are ready.
Eating Disorders Counselling
Provides affordable one-on-one counselling to individuals who are affected by eating disorders to process challenges and focus on recovery. Counselling is provided by a university practicum student that works under the supervision of a registered clinical counsellor. Sessions are available in-person or virtually.

Muscular Dystrophy Information and Support
Provides online and telephone information and education to those living with a neuromuscular disorder. Services include emotional and educational support, networking meetings, family and caregiver retreats, and referral to community resources.
Online Hearing Loss Mentoring Program
Offers a web-based peer mentoring program to help people manage their hearing loss in everyday life and increase their well-being. Mentors provide an ongoing relationship for support, guidance, and encouragement in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where issues are discussed, and goal-setting is encouraged.
