Offers a telephone hotline for the community to report, or coordinate the clean-up, of discarded needles and syringes in public places anywhere in Kamloops.
Mobile Outreach
Offers mobile outreach to help people experiencing homelessness or are at-risk of homelessness in Comox Valley. Mobile vehicle travels in various areas and provide food, clothing, hygiene items, and sleeping bags.
Services include health assessments and monitoring, wound care, mental health and substance use supports, harm reduction supplies, advocacy, and referrals to other community services.
Crisis Response, Community Led - New Westminster
Provides emergency response to crisis calls related to mental health situations or crisis concerns. Crisis responders may include a mental health professional and a peer worker with lived experience working together to provide in-person support to youth and adults in New Westminster.
A team of crisis responders are trained to help reduce distress, provide safety and support, help with referrals to other services and offer post-crisis follow-up.

Offers mobile outreach to help people on the streets of Dawson Creek. Outreach workers provide crisis support, wound care, food, clothing, naloxone training, harm reduction supplies, and referrals to substance use treatments and other community-based services.
Community Programs
Provides community-based education, health and cultural programs for Aboriginal families living in the Northern Vancouver Island area. Programs include social services, children and family programming, and services that offer cultural awareness, education and support.
Mobile Outreach Program
Provides outreach primary care health services to individuals in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. The mobile van offers a combination of targeted outreach for individual members, cultural wellness outreach services, and scheduled drop-in clinics.
Services include harm reduction and emergency supplies, one-on-one support, and cultural care and medicine such as smudging, cedar brushing and ceremonial song. Provided in partnership with TELUS Health.
Balancing Our Minds Inspiring Action Toolkit
This toolkit is designed to be a sustainable and accessible resource for youth to draw inspiration about how to improve student and school community mental health and well-being.
Y Mind Youth
Offers a free support group for young adults who experience anxiety. Participants learn healthy coping skills, connect with other young people in the community, and get support all in a safe and friendly environment. Programming is supervised by trained mental health professionals.
The program includes take-home resources to help manage anxiety in between weekly meetings, and a 14 week YMCA gym membership to encourage youth to manage their anxiety through physical activity.
Homicide Grief Support Groups
Offers group support in a safe, non-judgmental environment to families and friends of individuals who have survived the loss of a loved one by homicide. Groups meet once a week for eight weeks.
Participants come together to support each other, listen to others who have experienced a similar loss, and as well learn grief and mourning tools to help in their daily lives.
