Patient navigators work directly with mental health workers to help patients understand and navigate the health care system, as well as provide assessment, counselling, and referrals to community services.

Provides emergency response to crisis calls in Abbotsford, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Coquitlam, and Port Coquitlam for mental health situations or crisis concerns.

A police officer and health care professional work together to provide on-site emotional and mental health assessments, crisis intervention and connect people to community services and supports.
