Provides telephone support to help residents in the Fraser Health region navigate the health services that are available in their area.

When making a call, you are connected to a virtual care nurse who can provide assessment and advice on next steps, including being directed to the Fraser Health service that best meets your needs.

Overdose Prevention and Response - Fraser Health

Provides an online listing of Take Home Naloxone sites for the Fraser Health Authority area, as well as information on overdose prevention, signs of overdose, and online resources and videos.

Offers in-hospital and community support to help Indigenous people and their families with accessing culturally appropriate mental health services. Patient navigators work directly with mental health workers to help patients understand and navigate the health care system, as well as provide assessment, counselling, and referrals to community services.
