Living Life To The Full
Offers an interactive 8-week course that helps with understanding your feelings, thoughts and behaviors, and what to do about them. The sessions are designed to help participants identify problem areas and give them the tools and skills to make changes.
Each session includes booklets and handouts that support the skills you learn. Course contents and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations. Each session focuses on a new topic to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to cope with daily challenges. Course booklets are also available for purchase.
Mental Health Information and Resources
Provides online information about mood disorders and other mental illnesses to inform you about your own or a loved one's illness. Topic areas include finding help, research, depression, peer and trauma support, recovery stories, workplace mental health, and medication.
Student Mental Health Toolkit
Provides mental health information, resources and activities to support the mental well-being of children and youth. Resources are also available for parents and educators.
Resources are youth and teen-friendly and include coping tips, video library, inspiring stories, activity ideas, and community resources.
BC Bereavement Helpline
Provides a confidential telephone helpline to connect individuals with grief support services in BC. Trained volunteers provide emotional support, and information on bereavement support groups, agencies, peer-based support, and community events.
Caregiver Support and Education
Provides support to family and friends caring for an adult with physical and or mental health issues. Services include one-to-one support, information and referral to community resources, support groups, help navigating the healthcare system, and caregiver education.

Support Circles
Offers group support to help parents, grandparents and others raising a family member's child to learn positive parenting by providing them with a safe atmosphere in which to share their stories and stresses, learn new skills, receive emotional support, and discover services and resources. Support circles are currently offered online.
Autism Service Dogs
Provides professionally trained dogs to children with autism and their families, at no cost to the family. Having an autism support dog can increase the safety and security of a child with moderate to profound autism. The program includes client in-home training.

Outreach Programs
Offers families living outside Metro Vancouver an opportunity to connect with sign language teachers, deaf and hard-of-hearing mentors, family support parents, and professionals who specialize in working with children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. Services are provided in partnership with local community service providers.
Telehealth services are available for remote communities. Families are also welcome to visit the Surrey, Vancouver and Victoria centres to participate in available programs and activities.

Training and Workshops
Offers workshops for families and caregivers whose child or youth has been a patient in a psychiatric unit and is struggling with their mental health. Workshops are hosted online and facilitated by parents with lived experience.
Training workshops and monthly events are also available for parents, caregivers and young adults. Participants share their perspectives and learn from each other to better understand. Online resources and videos available to everyone are also available.
Telephone Counselling
Offers confidential toll-free telephone counselling and text-based support to help young people with challenges and or experiences they are facing. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The program is staffed by trained professional counsellors with a wide variety of backgrounds including social work, psychology, sociology, and child and youth services.
