Pain Support Line
Offers free information and support by phone or email to people wanting to talk about their own pain or that of a family member or friend. Trained volunteers provide a safe space to talk about pain and its impact on life, as well as information on pain and self-management, finding a physician, and community resources such as health care, social services, and income assistance.
Work Well Resources
Provides a directory of provincial chronic pain services, programs, support groups, and organizations for easy access to resources related to chronic pain.
Mind Medicine
Offers a free 7-week group-based mental wellness program for Indigenous young adults experiencing anxiety and stress. Participants learn healthy coping skills, connect with other Indigenous young people in the community, receive culturally appropriate support, and engage in physical activities as part of their mental wellness plan. Provided through local Indigenous organizations and may be available in person or online.
DUDES Club Society
Offers peer support, community events and activities in communities across BC to help Indigenous men with their spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional health. Participants come together in a safe environment to build solidarity and brotherhood, share a meal, connect and support each other.
Activities include community gatherings, annual retreats, think tanks, outings, and wellness fairs. Participants also have access to an Elder, a health practitioner, and community support services information.

Peer-to-Peer Community
Offers a variety of online support forums where youth can anonymously share their personal experiences, offer inspiration and ask questions to connect, comfort and support each other. Links to wellness resources and other mental health online services are also available.

Provides an online listing of Take Home Naloxone sites for the Fraser Health Authority area, as well as information on overdose prevention, signs of overdose, and online resources and videos.
Tool Kit for Active Living and Support
Offers a free information tool kit and six phone-based sessions, to help adults with chronic conditions, chronic pain or diabetes, manage their physical and emotional well-being.
The tool kit is mailed to the participants and they then meet in small groups by phone or computer audio. Those who wish to not participate in the phone calls can choose to have the tool kit mailed to them only.
