Youth Residential Treatment Program
Offers a residential treatment program to help youth recover from substance use, including drug and alcohol addiction. Peak House is located in Vancouver and open to all youth in BC who need a more intensive level of service than can be provided in their home community.
The program includes individual and group counselling, life-skills training, fitness and social activities, assessment, relapse prevention, and aftercare planning. Elder visits for Indigenous connections are also available.

Provides a 90-day residential addiction treatment program for any male that has a desire to use Indigenous healing in their recovery from substance use. The program blends western-based treatment and Indigenous healing practices for all types of addiction including alcohol, opiate, marijuana, and stimulant addiction.
Program includes individual and group therapy sessions, 12-step model of recovery, wellness programs, cultural programming, and aftercare planning. Program operates in two houses located in Surrey, BC.

Resources include online information, self-help programs and local in-person services. Individuals can also use the website to connect with resources on behalf of their friends and families.

Rapid Access Addiction Clinics provide support for people who are ready to change how they're using substances.
Community Information and Volunteer Centre
Provides community information about organizations, government programs, health services through an area-wide online database of community resources, by email, phone, or walk-in inquiry, in addition to information on volunteering in the Central Okanagan.
Publications include: Directory of Community Services; Children and Youth Special Needs Resource Guide; Child, Youth, and Family Mental Health & Substance Use Resource Guide for Professionals and Service Providers; Mental Health Resources for Children and Youth; Healthy Aging Seniors Resource and Support Guide; and Suicide Prevention Handbook.
YouthTalk Counselling
Provides confidential email counselling, information and referral for youth and young adults by a professional counsellor. In-person counselling sessions are also offered when needed.
Areas of support include anger management, alcohol and drug use, relationships, family and or school challenges, bullying, and depression.

Locations where people can safely use drugs under supervision of staff trained in emergency response. Services are free.
HeretoHelp
Provides online mental health and substance use information for individuals and families in BC. The website features thousands of plain-language resources including personal stories, articles, information sheets and content in eleven languages. As well, individuals can email requests for help, support, information or referrals.
There are also four screening self-tests visitors can take covering mental well-being, depression, anxiety disorders and risky drinking. The website is coordinated by the Canadian Mental Health Association's BC Division on behalf of a group of mental health and addictions non-profit agencies called the BC Partners.
Kelty's Key Online Therapy
Provides free, online cognitive behavioral therapy for adults with mental health and behavioural health concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic, overcoming addiction, and insomnia.
Online therapy is accessed through the website and is broken down into modules that address different topics. Users can access the modules at their leisure and are free to stop at any time. Provided in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health.
