24-Hour Crisis and Information Line
Provides 24-hour crisis support, information and referrals to women, trans, two-spirit, nonbinary, and gender diverse people who are survivors of sexualized violence. Support services are free and confidential and may include emergency crisis support, hospital accompaniment, criminal and legal support, counselling, Elder support, workshops, and support circles, Texting and online chat may also be available.
Two-Spirit Information and Support
Provides online information and resources to support the emotional and spiritual needs of Aboriginal and non-aboriginal two-spirit individuals, their family and friends. Healing circles, sweat lodge ceremonies, community events and smudging circles are also available on a regular basis and by request.

Mindful Self-Compassion
Offers a free online course to help people get past insecurity and develop more compassion and kindness to increase their overall peace and joy. In the group sessions, participants learn how to overcome perfectionism, reduce anxiety and depression, improve relationships, and learn how to handle difficult emotions easier.
Hand in Hand Peer Support
Offers a peer support program that matches adults and older youth with a trained volunteer who provides compassionate, judgment-free support and listening during eating disorder recovery. Support is provided in-person or over video call.
The program supports individuals wherever they are in their unique recovery journey and, through the consistent and personalized support of a mentor, helps them to discover what they can achieve, as they are ready.
Eating Disorder Peer Support Group
Offers a weekly peer support group for adults with an eating disorder or who struggle with food, exercise or body image that affects their quality of life or interferes with day-to-day living.
Peer facilitators are not counsellors but individuals who are in various places of recovery themselves. The group currently meets virtually by zoom only; see website how to join a meeting.
Online Peer Support Chats
Provides a safe, confidential space for individuals who are affected by an eating disorder or disordered eating, to chat online about their experiences and benefit from the empathy and understanding of their peers while avoiding sensitive subjects such as weight, dieting and specific eating disorder behaviours. There are 10 live chats per week and participants can join as many as they like.
Mental Health Support
Provides free one-on-one counselling for low-income women black, Indigenous, and people of colour including transgender and two-spirit community members. Services are offered virtually and where available, in-person.
Areas of support include racialized trauma, depression, sexuality and or gender issues, adjustment, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress management, and negative thoughts.

Substance Use Treatment Program
Provides residential addiction treatment in a supported home-like setting to adults and youth in BC who need help with severe substance use. Treatment includes assessment and stabilization, medication therapy, peer support, life-skills development, and harm reduction education. The program is approximately three months long and includes after-care support for up to a year following treatment.

Eating Disorders Counselling
Provides affordable one-on-one counselling to individuals who are affected by eating disorders to process challenges and focus on recovery. Counselling is provided by a university practicum student that works under the supervision of a registered clinical counsellor. Sessions are available in-person or virtually.
