24-Hour Crisis and Information Line
Provides 24-hour crisis support, information and referrals to women, trans, two-spirit, nonbinary, and gender diverse people who are survivors of sexualized violence. Support services are free and confidential and may include emergency crisis support, hospital accompaniment, criminal and legal support, counselling, Elder support, workshops, and support circles, Texting and online chat may also be available.
Sports and Recreation Programs
Offers a variety of programs to help improve physical fitness and overall health and well-being of autistic children, youth, and young adults in BC. The programs provide participants with opportunities to develop social and communication skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Programs include sports lessons, summer camps, youth and young adult programs, and family events. All services are provided with specialized support techniques, parent involvement, and a high ratio of staff to volunteers ensuring a successful outcome for participants.

Mental Health and Addiction Resources
Offers online information, resources and publications on a variety of mental health and addiction topics. Topic areas include: mental health in the workplace; managing depression; coping with suicidal thoughts; and women living with depression during pregnancy and after delivery.
Community Support Groups
Provides an online listing of autism support groups available throughout the province. Groups offered include community groups to support families; adult groups for youth and adults on the autism spectrum; and sibling groups for siblings of individuals with autism and related disabilities.
Counselling and Support
Provides counselling and a variety of programs and services to support individuals with Down syndrome, their parents and families. Support includes individual counselling, information and resources, parent support meetings, child play therapy, kids and youth groups, skill development, and health workshops.

Parent Support Network
Offers an online community where parents can connect with other families that have children with arthritis and other rheumatic diseases. The community is a safe place to ask questions, share experiences, celebrate successes, and talk with other families who understand.
The program includes information and referral, a monthly newsletter and access to an online library of information and resources.

We Are Indigenous: Big Worries/Fears, Parent & Caregiver Support Program
Offers a free, virtual parent and caregiver coaching program to support First Nations, Métis and Inuit families across BC, whose children are struggling with the experience of big worries and fears, or what the Western worldview calls anxiety.
The program is guided by traditional knowledge from Indigenous communities and includes short online videos and scheduled telephone coaching sessions to provide families with tools to discuss what they are already doing, and to learn new practices and how to use these practices with their children.
Counselling Services
Provides low-cost individual, couple and family counselling by registered clinical counsellors or Masters level intern-counsellors training to become registered clinical counsellors. Topic areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, work-related concerns, conflict resolution, relationship and parenting concerns. Services available in-person or virtual sessions including telephone and video.

Healing Hearts Grief Support Groups
Provides an online listing of support groups in BC for families who have lost a loved one to substance use harms and overdose. Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, or just gather strength and comfort from being together with others who understand.
Children and Youth Grief Counselling
Offers short-term, one-on-one counselling for youth and young adults who need support with managing their grief and loss such as the death of a friend, family member or pet, parents divorcing, loss of physical or mental health, or relationship break-up. Sessions are offered virtually.
