Crisis Response
Provides 24-hour telephone help for youth and individuals with developmental disabilities in crisis. A trained staff member or volunteer is available to listen, provide information and support, in an anonymous and confidential manner.
Child and Youth Mental Health
Provides a child and youth mental health consultant to work with youth, families and communities in providing a health assessment, create a treatment plan, and to increase protective factors, reduce risk factors, and build capacity to support the mental health of children and youth using cultural and holistic approaches. Also provides referrals to other mental health services within the community.
1st Step Mobile Treatment
Offers an intensive combination of one week and four week treatment programs for adolescent males and females experiencing difficulties surrounding their substance use.
Program is provided in mobile community settings, and is facilitated by a counsellor in a group setting offering lectures, videos, and group therapy. Individual treatment goals are developed with each client addressing their unique challenges.

South Asian Health Institute aims to support system navigation for South Asian people in the Fraser Health region seeking mental health, substance use, and harm reduction services and support.
South Asian Toxic Drug Crisis Resources
Watch videos, read and share handouts and posters in multiple languages including Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
Family Support Services
Provides support to families of individuals with mental health and or substance use issues. Programs include in-person learning and information sessions, respite services, and parent support group.
