Help Phone Lines

Offers support to youth and parents to help reduce conflict, and identify and address issues. Participants learn effective communication skills, problem-solving strategies, methods to manage behaviour and reduce existing conflict in the home. Parents will gain information about the developmental issues of youth, and how to most effectively parent through this transition.
