Help Phone Lines

Provides specialized care to transgender and gender diverse persons living in the Vancouver Coastal Health region. Services include hormone initiation and stabilization, post-operative nursing care, assistance with identity document changes, counselling, and pre-operative information, surgical planning and referrals.
