Communitas Supportive Care Society
Provides community-based support to help adults who have a mental illness and are living independently in Abbotsford. Individuals receive a housing subsidy as well as day-to-day support.
Service areas include individualized care plans, social inclusion, skill development, relationships, social activities, and emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
