Support Groups and Programs
The Canadian National Institute for the Blind - BC and Yukon Division
Provides peer support and services for individuals with vision loss. Peer support groups are held in areas across BC, and peer mentors are available over the phone. The program also offers a six-week structured course for those new to vision loss, or experiencing further deterioration of their sight.
