Help Phone Lines

Provides confidential counselling, wellness resources and information to help university students with their mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, feelings and behaviours, and academic challenges. Services include individual counselling, group therapy and workshops, and culturally responsive programs. Offered in-person, virtual and by phone.
