Help Phone Lines

Provides individualized one-on-one support and coaching to empower women experiencing substance use, violence, domestic abuse and or other unsafe situations. Services are offered by phone, virtually and in-person in the community.

Women are offered emotional support, substance use counselling, physical and mental health support, life-skills training, Indigenous-focused therapy, and referral to appropriate community resources and support.
