Help Phone Lines

Provides a variety of support and wellness services for community members to nurture their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health needs.

Services include counselling, referrals to substance use treatment, child and family worker services, community meals, and art therapy. Programs are delivered through community outreach, workshops, activities, and presentations.
