Parenting Isn't Easy
Family Resource Centre Society for the North Okanagan
Offers a 10-week program for parents with children 0-6 years of age. Session topics include self-care, nutrition and safety, discipline, routines and rituals, and parenting styles. Parents are able to build a support system in the local community, allowing participants to talk about their parenting struggles in a safe, supportive environment.
