Help Phone Lines

Provides support to families experiencing a high degree of conflict in parent-teen relationships. Counsellors provide consultation, education, mediation and support to both parents and teens.

Also offers a parenting group with a focus on communication, boundary settings and conflict resolution, as well as a teen group that runs at the same time to share similar information and skills.
