Mind Outside
Offers a free physical and mental wellness program for youth who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of depression and or anxiety. The program supports youth with adding physical activity into their mental wellness plan by trying new physical activities and learning healthy coping strategies.
The program includes group support where participants share experiences and learn from each other, fitness classes, activities and games, group sports, and a 12-week gym membership.
