Help Phone Lines

Offers low-cost individual, couple and family counselling by volunteers with a master's degree in counselling or related discipline. Counsellors are available to help with topic areas such as depression, anxiety, cross-cultural difficulties, relationship problems, family conflict, grief and loss. Multicultural counselling may also be available.
