Help Phone Lines

Provides brief intervention counselling for children, youth and families to improve family function and enable families to live together harmoniously. Counsellors offer support to families when they need it and help participants connect to other resources, not feel alone or isolated, and learn how to practice a safe and healthy lifestyle which increases knowledge of personal strengths, needs and abilities.
