Housing First ACT Team
RainCity Housing and Support Society
Provides access to housing, health and support services to people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental illness. Support teams help with personal recovery goals and with finding housing in the community. Program participants have rent subsidies so they can live in the community of their choice.
