Family Preservation and Reunification Program
The Children's Foundation
Provides a variety of intervention services to help families stay together in a safe and stable environment when children are at risk of removal, have been removed, or where reunification of the family is being considered. The program may include counselling, increasing communication and parenting skills, advocacy, and referrals to other community programs as needed.
