Provides early intervention, prevention, and family and individual counselling for children and families experiencing stress, parenting challenges, or early signs of abuse, neglect or other risks to child well-being. Services include life skills and behavioural management training, advocacy, conflict resolution and mediation, information, prevention, education, and referrals to other agencies as needed.
