Family and Friend Caregiver Support Program
Burnaby Neighbourhood House Society
Supports caregivers who offer unpaid care for older adults living in the community with higher needs, including chronic disease, frailty, or life-limiting conditions. Offer support groups, warm meals, educational sessions on caregiving, information and one-on-one peer support.
Language specific support groups also available for Farsi and Chinese caregivers.
