Family and Caregiver Support
The Family Education and Support Centre
Offers group support to caregivers and families of people living with a mental illness, and for families of those with serious psychiatric mental health concerns. Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, or just gather strength and comfort from being together with others who understand.
