Help Phone Lines

Provides one-on-one support for families with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Navigators connect with families in the community, by email, phone or text.

Support areas include help with food and housing needs, filling out paperwork and application forms, mental health and wellness, advocacy, and with finding community programs and childcare.
