Help Phone Lines

Provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to residents of Downtown Victoria, Oaklands and Fernwood. Offers same-day care for concerns such as minor injuries, sprains and strains, less serious child illness and injury, infections, and cuts, wounds or skin conditions.

Walk-in not accepted. Call the primary care access line during clinic hours to book an urgent care appointment. Please make sure you know the name of the UPCC you want, as you are required to select your UPCC as part of the booking process.
