Help Phone Lines

Provides supportive housing for adults aged 45 and over with health challenges, addictions, or on fixed or low-incomes and who are at risk of homelessness.

Residents are provided furnished rooms, meals and snacks, tenant support, podiatrist visits, group activities, and help accessing services such as medical care, mental health support, substance use treatment, and home care support.
