About
CIRP provides the highest quality of mental health and substance use care to members of the British Columbia unionized construction industry and their family members.
The Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan is a treatment program that has been in business for over 35 years providing care to the unionized construction industry. The program underwent an extensive redesign in 2016 to incorporate the latest in addiction treatment therapies. CIRP continues to expand its services based on the needs of the population it serves.
At CIRP we recognize that only you have walked your path, experienced the pain and struggle that you have. We understand that whilst we have expertise in our field, we are not the experts of you. Only you are. We work in a collaborative way with all our clients, placing them at the center of everything we do.
CIRP offers a wide array of services to meet the mental health and addiction care needs of all BC Building Trades members, and all Construction Labour Relations Association of BC employees and their families, both adults and children.
