Help Phone Lines

Provides a support group for parents and caregivers experiencing challenging behaviour and conflict with their teens and pre-teens. This 10 week program takes a different approach than many others offered as it focuses on strengthening the building blocks of attachment and enhances parents' ability to regulate their feelings and respond more constructively.
