Community Health Representative
Nlaka'pamux Nation Tribal Council
Provides services for the overall well-being and health of all Nlaka'pamux First Nation community members. Health representatives' work with nurses and healthcare teams, recommend improvements in the delivery of health care, and act as a liaison with community leaders, agencies and providers.
Service areas include patient travel benefits, family support, home and community care, chronic disease prevention, and community engagement.
