Description
Provides a welcoming and safe clubhouse environment for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. Psychosocial rehabilitation programs are designed to instill a sense of belonging in the community and to enhance individual supports. Members learn about health, nutrition, goal setting, vocational and social skills. Funded program.
