Provides one-on-one support to children and youth with mental health concerns referred by the Child and Youth Mental Health team of the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Youth care workers, under direction of the clinician, develop client-specific goals focusing on life skills development, and as well offer education and support to family and caregivers.
