Port Alberni Friendship Centre
Provides facilitated peer support groups for Aboriginal parents of children age 0-6. Promotes family well-being and positive parenting practices for parents. Topics include, but are not limited to: issues affecting Aboriginal parents and children, abuse prevention, anger and conflict; living with fetal alcohol syndrome; and pre- and post-natal care.
