Description
Offers one-on-one support to brain injury survivors and their families through rehabilitation, reduced isolation and advocacy. The program helps clients with the day-to-day tasks of managing their household as they move towards a fully independent lifestyle.
Areas of support include life-skills training, meal planning and preparation, counselling, personal finances, transportation support, social activities, and help with medical, legal and housing issues.
