Offers a residential recovery program for men, women, trans individual with chronic alcohol or drug use needing help with transitioning to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. The program includes individual and group therapy, medical support, social activities, and peer support meetings.

After graduating Bill's Place, individuals can access the second-stage recovery program at Haven Place.
